Numerical control machine tool is a very high technical content of electromechanical integration equipment, take the right way to boot debugging is very key, to a large extent determines whether the numerical control machine tool can play a normal economic benefits and its own service life.


Check before starting the machine: the peripheral environment of the machine, whether the electrical box has abnormal phenomena such as water, whether the oil deteriorates. There is no water mist in the main gas pipe. After clean discharge, connect to the main air source of the machine.


Step by step: the power supply voltage of the machine tool must be detected when the power supply switch is on for about 10 minutes after the voltage is stable, to open the power switch of the machine tool, and then open other power switches in the electric box, check whether the voltage is out of phase and too low, open the power supply of the machine tool in the case of no abnormalities, and observe whether there is abnormal phenomenon, there is no leakage. Do not perform any action in the case of startup without alarm, and let electrical components power on for 30 minutes. After starting the lubricating oil pump manual for a long time.


Slow movement: Check whether there is interference, move the machine with the hand wheel throughout the whole process, and pay attention to whether there is abnormal phenomenon, and then perform the origin regression step.


Machine running-in: long time automatic slow running machine, the machine slow to go the whole way, so that all the guide rail is lubricated. The spindle is preheated from low speed to maximum speed, with 3 to 5 minutes recommended for each gear.


Shutdown maintenance of CNC machine tools


Machine tool cleaning: the workpiece in the machine tool, jig, iron chips, etc., clean up the iron chips in the external chip removal machine; Wipe the exterior sheet metal, clean the air conditioner of the electric cabinet, and clean the air filter of the oil cooler.


Antirust treatment: clean the workbench and wipe it with antirust oil; The machine runs at a slow speed for one hour to lubricate the rail; Whether the cutting fluid needs to be replaced, give priority to rust prevention, and then add the cutting fluid when the machine tool starts to need to work.


Total power off, gas off and liquid supply off in the workshop: Run the Y axis of the CNC machine tool to the middle, return the Z axis to zero, turn off the machine tool general electric switch, transformer inlet switch, air source, etc.


Waterproof and moisture-proof: close the electrical box for protection.


Rose-proof treatment of machine tools: rose-proof treatment of machine tools should also be made to prevent rats from biting the wires.


CNC machine tools often appear fault


Fan failure: At the end of the long holiday, machine tool fans often "strike", which is caused by oil pollution. When the machine stops, the fan inside the machine stops. At this time, the oil in the machine tool will flow into the bearing of the fan, causing a short circuit fault in the circuit of the fan, and then the fan alarm or can not start. The longer the outage, the greater the risk.


Seal failure: It is essential to use seals in hydraulic and pneumatic devices of machine tools, in order to ensure the tightness of the device and maintain its normal pressure supply. Seals generally belong to rubber products, prone to aging, especially during the long holiday, machine tools do not start for a long time, hydraulic does not flow, which is more likely to cause hardening of seals, resulting in oil leakage of machine tools, hydraulic device to provide insufficient pressure and other problems.


Oil circuit blockage: The reason for the blockage of the oil circuit is that the machine tool stops for a long time and the dirt in the oil circuit is constantly deposited. The blockage of the oil circuit will cause the failure of the lubrication system of the machine tool, and the failure of the lubrication system will give rise to many other serious problems. According to statistics, more than 40% of the common faults of machine tools are related to lubrication faults.


Machine tool stroke switch failure: machine tool stroke switch is an important device to limit the mechanical stroke range of machine axes. When the moving parts of the machine press to the transmission parts of the stroke switch, its internal contact action, through, transform or break the control circuit, to achieve the control requirements of the circuit. The travel switch is generally equipped with a spring, a long time does not start, will lead to the spring due to long-term stress deformation, can not be restored to the original state, the spring loses effect, the whole travel switch will also be stuck and failure.


Driver, power supply, motherboard and other circuit board failure: CNC machine tools, the role of the circuit board need not say much. Circuit board has a large number of capacitors, a long time without power, these capacitors will be aging, so that the capacity is reduced, resulting in machine circuit damage. In addition, the main cause of circuit board failure and a long time will not let the circuit board in the bottom temperature state for a long time, condensate, resulting in short circuit when the boot.


Machine tool battery failure: General CNC systems are equipped with batteries, it should be noted that the battery mentioned here is not the power of the entire equipment, but for some parts of the power device.


Numerical control system for a long time when the maintenance


Often to the numerical control system power: especially in the humidity of the Meiyu season should be more so, in the case of machine tools locked motionless in the absence of processing tasks, numerical control machine tools should also be regularly energized, it is best to power 1-2 times a week.


Empty operation for 1 hour or so: to use the heat of the machine itself to reduce the humidity in the machine, so that the electronic components will not be damp, but also can find in time whether the battery alarm occurs, in order to prevent the loss of system software and parameters.
